Growth and Change

An experienced coach, team builder, and entrepreneur, my passion is empowering professionals to become more intentional, effective, and fulfilled in their careers, and in their personal lives. I work with clients to uncover root strengths, translate setbacks into learning opportunities, and shift thoughts, emotions, and actions toward greater achievement and satisfaction. Clients realize significant growth and sustainable change with the goal of positively impacting their performance, teams, relationships, and organizations.  

Background

Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).

 

Prior to starting my coaching practice, as a co-founder of Venture Ops I consulted with executives on leadership  development and growth initiatives for early-stage and established small to mid-sized businesses. 

As a partner at Management & Capital Partners, I recruited leaders and senior level professionals using a competency-based selection model that integrated leadership solutions into the hiring process.  Clients included Deutsche Bank, Key Bank, SunTrust, and UBS. At Harris Rand Lusk I recruited senior level professionals for organizations such as the Irish Arts Center, Port Authority of NY/NJ, and Yale Law School.

 

As the second U.S. hire at Capco, a business and technology consultancy, I helped grow the company from 20 to 500 people internationally. I built and managed Capco’s marketing team in the United States and Europe, was a leadership team member, and was integral to the firm’s overall talent growth initiatives. Previously, I led business development and client services at Micro Interactive, a digital design and technology company servicing global companies including ABN AMRO, British Airways, CBS, Hilton Hotels, and Intel. After the company was purchased by iXL, I became VP of Client Services in New York.

 

In the early years of the interactive technology boom, I co-founded 5A Communications, a telecommunications marketing company. I started my career in the advertising industry as a client manager at Deutsch and DDB Needham for clients including Prudential Securities, Michelin Tires, Ore-Ida, and Seagram’s.

I am an avid biker, hiker, and skier. I sit on committees for nonprofit organizations and participate in community-based volunteering. I received a B.A. from Boston University.
