What Assessment do you use and why do you use it?
The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) is the starting point for our coaching partnership. This proprietary, research-backed attitudinal assessment tool created by iPEC, enables you to hold up a mirror to your perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. The ELI is different and transformational as it takes something abstract, the way you experience the world, and turns it into a tangible metric you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future.
As an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), during our initial session I guide you through your individual assessment results that include valuable insights into your thoughts, perceptions, and attitudes. I offer guidance on incorporating the assessments' findings into our coaching engagement and how to apply them to your career and life. The assessment provides a common language for us to share throughout our coaching relationship.
